Rules and conditions for using ArmaBattles
Important
By accessing or using ArmaBattles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
1 Account Registration
To use certain features, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate information through Steam or Discord authentication
- Maintain the security of your third-party accounts
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Attempt to manipulate statistics or leaderboards
- Impersonate other users or staff
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service
- Circumvent bans or restrictions
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (messages, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4 Game Statistics
Statistics are collected from compatible game servers. You acknowledge that:
5 Anti-Cheat and Bans
We maintain a global ban database. You acknowledge that:
- Bans may be issued for violations detected on any participating server
- VAC bans and other third-party bans may affect your access
- Ban decisions are at our discretion
- Appeals may be submitted but are not guaranteed to be accepted
6 Premium Services
Premium subscriptions are subject to the following:
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Premium features may change with notice
- Banned users forfeit remaining subscription time
7 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by ArmaBattles. Arma Reforger, Arma 3, and Arma 4 are trademarks of Bohemia Interactive. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
8 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of statistics
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
10 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARMABATTLES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
